Privacy notice.
How enquiries sent through ATTND Sports are handled.
Who is responsible
Micah Nathaniel, trading as ATTND Sports, is responsible for the personal information handled through this website. ATTND Sports is currently an unincorporated venture. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@attndsports.com.
What we collect
If you contact ATTND Sports through the website form, we collect the name, email address and message you submit. The form asks only for information needed to receive and respond to your enquiry. Please do not send sensitive personal information through the form.
Sending an enquiry is voluntary; there is no legal or contractual requirement to use the form. To submit an enquiry through the form you need to provide a name, email address and message. Without a working email address, we cannot reply.
When you visit the website, our hosting and related technical services may process information such as your IP address, browser and device information, access times and security logs to deliver and protect the site. The website also loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which involves your browser making requests to Google's servers.
Why we use it
We use your contact information and message to respond to your enquiry, manage relevant follow-up correspondence and keep our website and communications secure. We rely on legitimate interests under UK data-protection law for routine enquiries: it is in ATTND Sports' interest to receive and respond to people who choose to get in touch, using only the information reasonably necessary to do so. We also have a legitimate interest in maintaining the security and proper operation of the site.
We do not use your contact-form submission to add you to a marketing mailing list. We do not use form enquiries for automated decisions or profiling that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Who handles information
Netlify provides website hosting and contact-form submission services. Contact submissions are handled through Netlify Forms. Notifications and any subsequent replies are handled using our Google Workspace email service. Google Fonts provides the website's typefaces. These services process information as needed to operate the website and communications.
Some of these providers operate internationally and information may be processed outside the UK, including in the United States. Where required, appropriate safeguards must apply to international transfers under UK data-protection law. For details about a particular transfer or the safeguards involved, contact contact@attndsports.com.
How long we keep information
We retain enquiries for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage any ongoing correspondence and meet applicable legal obligations. We periodically review the information we hold and delete it when it is no longer needed. This applies to relevant copies held in our form dashboard and email, subject to any applicable legal obligations and the providers' backup or technical retention arrangements.
Your rights
Under UK data-protection law, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal information about you, and to restrict its use in certain circumstances. Contact contact@attndsports.com to exercise your rights or ask a privacy question.
Your right to object: When we rely on legitimate interests, you have the right to object to our processing of your personal information. We will consider your request under applicable law.
You can also make a complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data-protection regulator.
